We are the Richards Family Team, Shirley and Ovid Richards, Realtors® at RE/MAX of the Islands, located on Sanibel Island on the South West coast of Florida.

We call it Paradise!

We fell in love with our island and bought our Paradise home in 1997.

For almost fifteen years we were able to spend holidays and vacation weeks here.

We grew to know and love the island more and more with each trip.

Finally we made this our permanent home and in the spring of 2011 we joined the wonderful RE/MAX office here on Sanibel.
